Shorter commands for switching game modes. Instead of /gamemode creative, type /gm 1 or /gm c. Works on yourself or on other players. Server-side only.

Add a player name to target someone else: /gm 1 <playername>
/gamemode enhancements
The vanilla /gamemode command is also extended to accept numbers:
/gamemode <0–3>— change your own mode/gamemode <0–3> <player>— change another player's mode
Player names are auto-suggested with tab completion. A confirmation message is sent after each mode change.
